I discovered my love for food through what ailed me.  

After years of health issues and not a diagnosis in site, I tried to heal myself.  My diet has ranged from paleo to raw vegan and everything in between, in an desperate attempt to find what feels best.  What I found throughout the process was my deep love for cooking, for feeding myself and others.  

Now, this site is a journal of recipes inspired by seasonal, whole-foods that just happen to be gluten-free.   

Since I’m very sensitive to special diets, you’ll see a lot of dairy-free, grain-free and/or vegan recipes here, but most of them can be easily adapted to your way of eating (whatever that is).  Whether you’re gluten-free or just looking to cook more (or learn to love it), I want to help you find joy in the kitchen.
